In 2012, two sisters, Claire and Alix Mougenot, with the support of Virignie Courtin Clarins, founded the brand, Luz. Luz, meaning ‘light’ in Spanish, is a fashion brand that has the environment in its DNA. This eco-friendly and fair-trade brand has one objective: to enhance women’s figures while respecting our planet. By virtue of its use of GOTS organic-certified cotton and its fair-trade atelier in Peru, Luz’s approach to fashion is both ultra chic and eco-responsible.

Luz’ Peruvian cotton is certified by the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS), the world leader in organic textile certification – a uniquely soft, cutting-edge hypoallergenic fabric (93% organic cotton and 7% elastane).
