“I’ve been an Ocean Lifeguard my whole life, and through that experience I discovered how harmful chemical sunscreens are for our personal health and the health of our environment. I was really horrified at this discovery. I went on a quest to find a safe and effective solution, but one just did not exist.
After doing a great deal of research, I turned my kitchen into a lab and began formulating my own. My goal was to develop a natural sunscreen that could keep up with the active person and develop a brand that could connect with many different types of people. I really felt there was a huge void and so many people needed access to this type of sunscreen. This process led to the development of Raw Elements USA.
There have been many people who have been incredibly supportive along the way, which makes all the difference in the world. Our team challenges itself every day to find new, innovative ways to pioneer change and shift ways of thinking. We are committed to having a positive impact on all that we do.
